These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of shopiaofficial.com and to orders placed with SHOPIA, an online store based in Islamabad, Pakistan. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.
Using our website
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to use the website lawfully. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access to it, or misuse other customers' information.
- If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used for fraud.
Products and information
- We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and finishes can look slightly different on different screens, and packaging may change from time to time.
- Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), and all orders are charged in PKR. Prices in other currencies are approximate and shown for convenience only.
- Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you place your order.
- We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
- If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund of anything you have paid.
- Available payment methods are shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery, please pay the courier the full amount when your order arrives. For bank transfer, your order is processed once we have received the payment.
Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email, phone or WhatsApp, or when we dispatch it.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the delivery address cannot be served, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
- You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once dispatched, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies.
- Repeatedly refusing Cash on Delivery orders without a valid reason may lead us to limit Cash on Delivery for your future orders.
Marketplace purchases
SHOPIA products may also be sold on external marketplaces such as Daraz, Amazon or eBay. Purchases made there are governed by that marketplace's own terms, payment, delivery and return policies.
Intellectual property
The SHOPIA name, logo, website design, text and images belong to SHOPIA or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. Product brand names belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
- Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of Pakistan.
- To the extent permitted by law, SHOPIA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, internet or courier disruptions, or government action.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad. We always encourage you to contact us first, so we can try to resolve any concern quickly and fairly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
